You're great at business.
How are your intimate relationships?
Record one real conversation with someone you love. We'll listen with care and return a thoughtful, human-written analysis — what worked, where things tightened, and small next steps for each person.

What's in your analysis
A careful, microscopic read of one real conversation.
Wins to celebrate
What you're already doing well — moments of presence, repair, and genuine listening.
Defense mechanisms
Patterns of criticism, contempt, defensiveness, or stonewalling — named gently and specifically.
Nervous-system activation
Where each person tightened, withdrew, or sped up — and what tends to come right before.
Per-speaker suggestions
One small, do-able invitation for each person — not a script, just a softer next step.
Polarity patterns
The push-and-pull dynamic underneath the words: pursue/withdraw, fix/feel, lead/follow.
How it works
Six steps. No app. No surveillance.
- 01
Record one tense conversation
Upload an audio file or share a private video/audio link. 10–60 minutes is the sweet spot. Everyone in the recording must consent.
- 02
We listen with care
Advanced technology detects nervous system states, prosody — sarcasm, tone, intonation, pitch and pacing — across multiple passes. It scores defense mechanisms, healthy relationship efforts, and more for each speaker, then produces a summary with glaring themes. Every document is reviewed by a human and a licensed therapist before your email is released.
- 03
Receive your written analysis
Within 7 days, a thoughtful PDF arrives by email — patterns, line-by-line feedback on what worked and how to handle it, nervous system states and load accumulations so you can see the impact on the inferior person. If you have been stopped your entire life in the conversations that matter most to you, you will find answers.
- 04
Practice between sessions
Read through the analysis multiple times between sessions, do the homework and drills it suggests. The conversations are fine-tuned to exactly where you're being challenged.
- 05
Practice between sessions
There is recommended practice for each participant or both of them. Do the practices.
- 06
Take another analysis
Record a new conversation and submit it for analysis. You'll know the conversations are improving as understanding and ease grows.
Who you're working with
Meet Bev

Beverly has been obsessed with relationships her entire life — and she has been completely beffuddled by them. That tension is what drove her.
She started as a Dale Carnegie Group Leader in her early twenties, studying influence and human connection at ground level. Later, on Wall Street, she turned the environment into a dynamics lab — slowing down and keeping notes about the behaviors that activated her, triggered her, and shut her down.
This has been her single obsession. She's sought up and down many paths to fill in missing pieces — contemplative practice, spiritual paths, mindfulness, meditation, nervous system regulation, somatics, Nonviolent Communication, Gottman training, and years of close observation in the real conversations that shape lives.
Grandiose & Inferior Shame
What she keeps discovering underneath it all: two driving forces at work in every strained relationship — grandiose shame and inferior shame. The nervous system operating between these states. Those with inferior shame tend to freeze because they learned they can't speak up without it getting ricocheted back.
If you have a child or spouse who suffers from anxiety or seems stuck or lazy, there is a decent chance it is rooted in this dynamic. Her passion is families healing together, instead of what happens in many grandiose families having one or two "patients" or "problem" siblings or spouses. Everyone has a part in this dynamic.
Her driving quest was finding her way out of hell, with the aim to then be able to share it with as many others who would listen. PeacefulHome is that offering — a quiet place where two people can be heard by a third with no agenda but their flourishing.
"Most arguments aren't about what they're about. They're about whether we still feel safe with each other."

Conflict Program:
Healing the nervous system, repairs, and inner alignment.
Bev is seeking individuals who want to participate in developing a conflict & inner alignment program — improving conflict by calming the nervous system, understanding defense mechanisms & shame, soothing shame, developing a relationship with God, and making real repairs. Your input will help shape the material and structure, and eventually test and launch with churches and spiritual communities.
- Calm the nervous system after conflict
- Understand defense mechanisms and grandiose/inferior shame
- Practice genuine repair and inner alignment
- Help shape the program with churches and spiritual communities
Participate in development
No cost to join. Individuals in the development group help test the material, share feedback, and shape the final program.
Share what format matters most to you — self-paced, cohort, or small group — and Bev will reach out as the program takes shape.
